Can't extract blackheads! Help!?

My nose is covered with clogged pores. I've tried those strips you put on your nose and rip off and they DO NOT work for me, so I use them on my dad, lol. They work for him. His nose is a goldmine!





How do I get them out!? I squeeze them all the time and they don't come out! I've steamed my face, always use astrigents. I don't know what to do.

When I finally get one out, it's like a giant hunk of yellow stuff and then it's like I'm bleeding inside the pore. Then it's there the next day.

umm i tht u shldnt use ur hand to squeeze unless u wash ur hand cleanly before u squeeze and use tissue to squeeze instead of ur hand nails..its unhygenic,,btw i tht u shld consult a pr0fessonal beauty salon to help u clear ur pores..u can try sg website at 88db..they have few recommended facial slaons..erm for nw pls dont do anything to ur face..its inflammed..u shld stop using any pr0ducts..or it will get worsed..

I actually found a facial oil that slows down your skins oil production, clears up pimples/ acne and dissolves black heads within 4-8 weeks I put all the info on my blog as it's quite detailed:

Black heads are basically a hardened oil mixture that was secreted from your pores and oxidized (which makes the outside part black) and since water and oil don't mix, no water based product can ';clean'; your blackheads away, just try say putting certain foundations or makeups on the mirror and if you wipe it with water it smudges all over but put a little baby oil and wipe and tada! it comes off super clean AND dissolves it. So this is basically how this oil works. It's composition is such that the skin accepts it as a healing oil and it does not clog your skin but rather protects it while the plant extracts inside go down into the pores (this absorption is made possible by applying the toner to the skin before applying the oil and then applying the dabs of oil over your moistened face), it then penetrates into the pores.

you have inflamed your pores...for the next two weeks do NOTHING with that ACNE crap...that dries your natural oil where they can't come out completely....then you need to get a facial scrub and loosen them with warm water and the scrub, and then press against them with a warm washcloth, NOT your fingers...and then apply a moisturizer, an oil free one and repeat the process in another week...you have your poor skin so inflamed it is fighting against you....you have to remember the skin is an organ, if I poked your liver all day it would finally seize up also......





they will come out but let the inflammation go down first concentrate on something else right now...for now NO MORE picking....
Instead of picking..place your thumbs on either side of blackhead or zit and slightly pull away. Should pop right out if it's ready and won't leave a scar.
AHHHH! I have the EXACT same problem! My nose looks just like that picture AND I, too, use AcneFree day and night.





Unfortunetely I haven't a clue what to do, so I will definitely keep my eye on this question until someone gives you an answer (that I can use, too! lol)

i would definitely go to a dermatologist-if you don;t want to then, : use neutragena facial scrub, or *****tea tree oil (it is amaaaaaaaaazing!!!!!!!) it softly massages our skin and opens up the pores!!!! you could find it at a drugstore probably, and definitely a whole foods or trader joes.

Visit a cosmetologist/facial technician and get a facial. They use special machines to extract dirt and all other foreign matter from the skin. It sounds gross but it really helps. They can also recommend products and give you an idea of how often you should come in. If it is too expensive a good facial tech would still offer a consultation and give you some at home tips to use.


Make sure they are licensed and informative about their products and profession. THERE ARE A LOT OF FAKES OUT THERE. It is your job to protect yourself. No one should be able to give you good advice without looking at your skin first.
See a dermatologist for best results.
i suggest stop using acne free, and try a gentle cleanser, like neutrogena oil free acne wash, it aloe in so its not rough, then use a face lotion with salicylic acid like clean and clear dual oil free dual moisturizer, and once a week exfoliate with a scrub like st.ives, ur probably being to rough, and the black heads arent caused by outside elements they come from the inside out, so by u being rough, ur causing more, also cleanse ur system by drinking alot of water, and no junk food like soda and chips, and try b complex, they sell it at walmart and target, for like 5 bucks, it has panothenic acid that clears blemishes and helps ur body, i had the same problem and trust me this stuff helps, u just got to be religous about out and have faith that it will clear up, best of luck!
I knew a guy in highschool that had that problem...so he took a knife and dug them out of his skin...OUCH! Not a smart idea on his part.
