Wash your face daily, morning %26amp; night. And try not to get grease on your face. I noticed after I started washing my face, the pimples went away.
try using professional products such as the glymed and glytone acne kit. Chemical peels work great, so does regualar facials, or you can go to the dermie and be put on the numberous meds. If you have more moderate/severe acne then theres lasers.
drink PLENTY of water to get rid of pimples/breakouts.

go see a dermatologist..or use the cream called retin-a cream..it helps your skin to peel to remove the black and white heads..as for pimples, use acne cream and anti bacterial facial foam..
