squeeze 'em outYea how do you get rid of blackheads on your face mostly the nose?? please help?
If you want something really effective, well then you can probably go to a dermatologist and they can handle it from there. If you want to try to do it yourself, well the get those biore pore strips. Take a shower, because being in the hot water for that long will really open up your pores. Apply the strip to your nose, and wait 10 minutes. Then, gently peel it off. You're not supposed to repeat until 3 days, I think, after. If you look on the strip, you will see a bunch of little spots which is what is inside the black heads. They'll appear yellowish once out of the nose though. You need to use an exfoliating wash everyday, because your pores are probably more prone to getting clogged. Bigger, stubborn black heads will not come out with any face wash or strip, unless it's really loose. You want it out, well then wait a little until it's bigger and looser, or you can try to force it out, which is a bad idea. It can cause a mini whole in your nose, redness, or infection.
Get a standard BIC Pen and take it apart. Take the inside plasic tube section that holds the ink tip and carefully warm the back of this open tube end up with a lighter flame so it ever so slightly melts to make a rounded edge around the back of the ink tube. Like a tiny doughnut.
Don't melt it too much so the hole closes as you will need this opening for your zits to shoot into. Make sure it is well coolled maybe run it under some water.
Now take the end of this thing and carefully place it centered right over you blackhead and apply a good amount of pressure so the zit pops into your new zit removal appliance.
The dead zit should have popped into the hollow tube.
Flick the end of that that into your toilet or wash basin.
Use tissue and rubbing alcohol to clean the skin after zit removal. For bigger zits and those massive juicy pimples on your back carefully melt the front outer casing of the BIC PEN so it also has the same smooth doughnut opening. This rounded opening is so the tube doesn't cut your skin.
Use the same alcohol cleaning methods as above.
To actually eliminate getting blackheads you might need to change your diet a little. Consult your doctor on this. If your skin is naturally oily you might just need to wash a lot more. Never poke deep zits with pins unless you have carefully sterilized the pin with a hot flame and alcohol first.
Do this between each of your zit pokings.
Most zits should never need poking at all, so do this activity at your own peril.
Get yourself a good face cleanser, preferably Neutrogena or Clearasit. You have to cleanse your face and throat daily to keep it blemish and blackhead free.
You need to open the pores to get them clean. One way is to stand over a pot of very hot water. Do not put your face too close, just close enough to feel the steam on it without it hurting. Cover your head with a towel so the steam doesn't go to waste. The steam will open your pores. Stand there a couple of minutes until you feel yourself starting to pespire.
Then use a good gentle deep cleansing product. It will help get the grit out of the pores.
By all means, DO NOT SQUEEZE BLACKHEADS. I used to do it all the time until I finally got an infection. I got big internal zits that hurt like crazy and had to go on antibiotics to get rid of them.
Ok, so this will help for some of those pesky little suckers. Go and buy biore deep pore cleansing strips. Before you use them, get a paper towel and turn the faucet on as hot as you can stand it and soak the paper(or cloth, whatev) towel in it then hold it on the spot that you are gonna put the strip on til it gets cold. Do this a couple times. It will open your pores before you use the strip to allow it to grasp more blackhead tips.
1. boil a pot of water
2. steam your face by putting your face over the hot water (dont put it directly on your face.) **this opens your pores**
3. mix 1 tbs of lemon juice and 1 tbs of honey (mix well)
4. apply to your face and let it sit for about 3 minutes
5. if you want you can put more on too.
6. rinse
the honey kills bacteria while the lemon juice brightens the skin and drains the dirt.
**do this about 4 times a week**
You get blackheads because your pores do not do well with flushing out dead skin cells. I would go get a few facials and have them removed and then your will need to exfoliate your skin to remove the dead skin cells from your pores. Once you stop though they will be back, it's in your genes my man.
get a facial... or use duct tape. it actually works. put it on ur nose %26amp; then take it off. but wash ur face with hot water first to open ur pores. then aferwards, wash ur face with a good cleanser like a neutrogena face wash or something %26amp; then rinse with cold water , to close ur pores. oo i almost forgot after u rip the duct tape off, squeeze out the blackheads.
have them removed after a vapor face bath, which could be done by putting your face over the vapor of boiling water for 10mn and covering your head and the pot with a towel.use daily lemon juice to close the pores and clean your face.they will never come back!
Pro Active is about the best product I have ever used, I have a blackhead problem on my nose and large pores, the cleanser the toner, then the mask really draws them out.
