Acne and blackheads help...?

I went out to get some acne cream and something to help my blackheads... and the lady at the chemist pointed me in the direction of a product called ';Aapri facial scrub';. It has hundreds and hundreds of like microbeads in it, which makes it feel like im washing my face with sand. She also gave me some moisturiser.

Has anyone ever used this Aapri product before? Does this kind of product help combat acne? Will it help blackheads? Does moisturiser help acne/ blackheads?Acne and blackheads help...?
You can use Benzoyl Peroxide 5% for mild to moderate acne. Or try Retinoic acid. These are available over-the-counter.

For your blackheads, use a toner with salicylic acid. Even when your skin is already oily, you should still apply a light moisturizer. It keeps your skin from drying and causing more acne break outs.

Is it Apricot Facial Scru? well if not I have no idea about your product. But first you should show your face to a dermatologist or any beautician who knows about skin types.
i use it but it doesnt help acne,,,accutine is supposed to help,,,toothpaste helps...put it on when you sleep,,it is caused by hormones tho, not a dirty face
If you have seriously acne prone skin, you should watch out for anything too harsh-never use anything with walnut shells, etc that is really gritty, put some between your fingers and if it feels like sandpaper, it will do your skin more harm than good. Those cleansers make microscopic tears in the outer surface of your skin and more bacteria can be introduced, resulting in MORE acne instead of LESS. Blackheads are caused by SERIOUSLY clogged pores, this has been proven to be hereditary. Check on some of the commercial acne treatments such as ProActive, or the cheaper substitutes, if you get rid of the acne, the blackheads should follow. If you have insurance, you should go to your doctor and ask for NuOx, it's a cream that's 6% benzoyl peroxide and 3% sulfur and really works.
Tou should avoid any cream or soap that contains scrub because it makes your blackhead worsen.

Try to find cram that contains Vit A for anti acne treatment

if you have an oily skin, don't ever use a moisturizer because in my own experience, it will just make your acne problem worse. anyway, i have not heard of Aapri product before. by the way, i have tried an isotretinoin treatment which was prescribed by my dermatologist. it causes pealing though. but it works... i'm still using it. and right now, i'm only having one pimple per month... try to talk to your dermatologist about it... i hope it will work for you too..
