Do exfoliating washes help to reduce or get rid of spots and blackheads?

if you use them once a week they can help but dont use them more often than once a week as this can make it worse because you are then overstimulating the skin and can produce more oil and therefore this can lead to more spots and blackheads.

hope this helpsDo exfoliating washes help to reduce or get rid of spots and blackheads?
I find that the exfoliating stuff actually irritates spots and are best if you have mainly a blackhead problem. I recommend foam washes for spot prone skin or washes and toners that are aimed to moisturise.Do exfoliating washes help to reduce or get rid of spots and blackheads?
Yes, it is worth getting a good one St Ives is good. If your spots are severe See your GP. They do help, use a cleanser first, exfoliate, then a mud mask -wash that off and steam your face with some witch hazel. Don't exfoliate everyday, as it is too abrasive. try blackhead strip, for the nose, they are useful.
depends on your skin type, if you are allergic to something without you knowing it could make it worse.

best thing to do is to consult your GP.
As my mum has always said 'you can't beat soap and water'. I am 52 and I must agree with her!
I suffer from spots sometimes and i use a nivea visage exfoliator which seems to work well

I used to have a clean and clear warming scrub which opens up pores and leaves your skin super smooth but it might irritate spots if you use it too often, once or twice a week should be fine
