Does ductape really help get rid of blackheads?

i heard that if you put ductape on your nose, like a normal black head strip, and leave it on for about 5 minutes and then pull it off, the blackheads will pull off with the tape. is that true?Does ductape really help get rid of blackheads?
it probably will rmeove them..as well as a few layers of skin..plus it might leave that yucky grayish black tape film behind and that stuff looks, feels and smells gross!! u can get a little tool from wlamart/cvs/walgreens that gets rid of them..i use it after the shower..i steam my face a little and i use this metal stick that has a loop on each end and press it over the blackhead and it comes right out..just make sure to dip the toop in facewash to kill any germs and wip the area with acne medication to keep from accidentally spreading the bacteria around..good luckDoes ductape really help get rid of blackheads?
I don't know; I'd be afraid it would take the skin as well. Maybe a little test?
I've never heard or tried that, but I have heard that the best way to get rid of blackheads is a good exfoliator. Try Sephora, they sell great products but are a little pricey. If you want a cheaper product, look for a two step Loreal Microdermabrasion from Wal Mart. It comes with a scrub exfoliator and a gel to apply on top.
