Exfoliate and use some sort of pore shrinking lotion when you get your blackheads clear. Big pores tend to collect dirt and oil, which is why they clog up and turn into blackheads. Just keep washing at them (not too much, or your skin will make even *more* sebum!) and remember that prevention is the best cure.
