for blackheads use biore blackhead strips. and use a good face wash like clean and clear scrubs.





hm teeth whiteners. use whitening strips. like crest whitening strips premium.

i use nitrogena face wach the 1 with grape fruit extract u can find it at ur local pharmacy i got mine from cvs pharmacy it works relli gud i used it 4 3 dayz and my blackheads were gone and 4 the teeth thing use baking soda apply it 2 ur past it works perfectly and u can also rub strawberryz on dem thez r home rewmidez that work great!!
ok so for blackheads... you should buy biore blackhead strips. they are WICKED cheap and you just stick them on and the blackheads will come straight off!! also, if that doesn't work, you should try proactive it works FABULOUS (i use it too :])


For your teeth YOU HAVE TO TRY aim toothpaste. You would NEVER expect that it would work. you can buy it at Big Y and its WICKED cheap. my ENTIRE family uses it and i noticed THE BIGGEST difference after just 1 brush!!! :] its called aim mint gel whitening toothpaste!!!!!!! i LOVE IT!!!! %26lt;3
DO NOT USE OXY 4! it doesn't work. If ur gonna use anything besides neutrogena then get clean and clear pads. They worked really well for me but then i started getting lots of pimples so i needed something stronger. So i use skin id now. But for blackheads use clean and clear PADS not the scrub. It made me start to peel.
You should use this facewash called Cetaphil.


It's recommended by dermatologists%26amp;%26amp;it works really well with your face.


For your teeth, you should probably use crest pro whitening strips.
