Many questions about blackheads!!! help! plz?

Blackheads are complicated so i have several questions. Is it true that if i pop them they will be come craters? and if this is true then why is it when i do a little research and some people say i should do like a facial mask or something then gently pop them or rub it off with a warm cloth. But if i do that then whats the difference between simply popping them and using the warm cloth? wouldn't i still get the craters? Another thing...is it true that if i dont pop them they will become freckles?. Now if this rubbing thing works with the warm cloth and all...can i get step by step ';feed me with a spoon'; instructons? Many questions about blackheads!!! help! plz?
Avoid using blackhead extractors and removers. A lot of these type of products are advertised in infomercials and on the internet. However, the truth is that most of these blackhead extractors can actually cause damage to your skin and make it look worse than it was before. Blackhead extractors are expensive and can damage your skin and complexion as a result.

Don't scrub your face. If you use harsh skin-scrubbing cloths, you will actually do more harm then good. Scrubbing cloths actually irritate the skin which can make the infections even worse. You will also clog your pores with more puss and oil by scrubbing your face with harsh abrasives and cloths.

Avoid using oil-based cosmetics. Skin treatments that are made from oil will also clog your pores and result in more blackheads that are hard to get rid of. The reason why they cause more blackheads is because your skin can't naturally break down these chemicals. Also, make sure you wash your face before you go to bed at night to remove any make-up or cosmetics on your face.

Avoid using methods such as blackhead removal gels and creams. Most of these gels and creams contain harsh ingredients that will aggravate your skin and leave you feeling more annoyed than ever.
